2. How to get the sample?
1. instock sample can be provided immediately, but freight collected;
2. Customized sample takes about 3-5 workdays, occurs sample charge and also freight collected, but sample charge could be refundable if the order QTY is more than 5000pcs.
3. what should I provide if I want to begin an order?
1. Please provide product size: length x width x depth in mm;
2. Paper material: The thickness & gsm (g per square meter) of paper;
3. Artwork file in AI / EPS / CDR / PDF format and must created in cmyk color printing;
4. Authorization of copyright brand: for the copyright required products, please kindly supply a authorization letter from brand holder.
4. How can we pay for?
1. 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment;
2. We accept T/T, western Union, L/C, paypal;
3. import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
