Q1: what is your main products ?
We are a factory with 12 years of manufacturing custom printing playing card, high quality poker printing,wholesale high quality playing card,board games,game cards,puzzle,poker,jigsaw,gift box etc.
Q2: could you provide samples ?
Yes, we are happy to send you free samples,and can provide dummy sample as your requirement.
Q3: what is sample time and mass production time ?
usually, sample time is about 3 days for exist sample, 5 days for dummy,7-9 days for digital sample and 10 days for offset sample.
Q4: what color printing you can provide ?
We can provide full color (CMYK printing) and PMS color printing.
Q5: what size can you provide ?
We accept OEM products, so any size are avaiable.
Q6: what machine do you have ?
Two heidelberg printers, three Auto playing cards sorting machine, five Die-cutting machines, one Auto- box folding and gluing machine, one lamination machine etc.
Q7: where is your factory located ? How can i visit there ?
we can arrange the car to pick you up at the air port if needed, welcome to visit us.
Q8: what is the MOQ for your product ?
Our MOQ can be 500pcs if you can accept the minimum charge .
Q9: what information should i give you if i want to get a quotation ?
-size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
-material and surface handling (We could advise if you're not sure)
-printing colors (could quote 4C if you're not sure)
-quantity
Q10: If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?
each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
