"This pure water-based single-liquid PU coating baking temperature of only 95 degrees Celsius, lower than the current standard of 130 degrees Celsius, can reduce carbon emissions by a quarter of the energy consumption." In 2023, the number of cycling-related video plays on the Shakeology platform increased by 94.4%, the number of searches for cycling-related content increased by 137.4%, the sales of high-end sporty bicycles on the market increased by more than 10%, and disc-brake road bicycles have become a mainstream product sought after by young people.

"More and more people are choosing to ride bicycles for commuting and fitness, and green traveling has become a trend." Zheng Xiaoling, director of the industry development department of the China Bicycle Association, said.

"Our company plans to purchase 60 containers of electrically assisted bicycles in China this year, to be sold to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other countries, the procurement volume is three times that of last year." Aq, a buyer from Yemen, said China's electric-assisted bicycles are one of the most favored products by overseas buyers.

In the first quarter of 2024, China exported 10.999 million complete bicycles, up 13.7 percent from the fourth quarter of 2023, with exports showing an upward trend. "More and more companies are focusing on expanding overseas markets, and the influence of domestic bicycle brands is increasing." Zheng Xiaoling said.

Innovation is the kinetic energy, green is the direction, and openness is the trend. Looking to the future, the "Bicycle Kingdom" will be on a new track, all the way to "ride" to a better future.
